Unit 1E - 2nd bdrm, finished floor fully removed, most of the plywood subfloor has been removed and sections of the plank floor have been removed. Gyp bd ceiling in unit below has been removed as you can see from the 1st floor unit into the basement unit.



Unit 1E - 2nd Bedroom looking up into unit above, ceiling has been fully removed. Original joists are shown sistered together with newer joists.



Unit 1E - Master bedroom finished floor and baseboards fully removed. Portion of sub floor removed. Gyp bd ceiling and molding fully removed. Gyp bd surrounding master bath fully removed.


Unit 1E - Master bath gyp bd ceiling and trim fully removed.



Unit 1E - Master bedroom, gyp bd ceiling removed, east wall with trim removed.



Unit 1E - Master bedroom, south elevation, gyp bd walls and ceiling fully removed.

Unit GE - Master bedroom, looking west toward master bathroom, gyp bd removed from west wall and ceiling. Masterbath cabinet has been pulled from bathroom. Finished floor is still in place.


Unit GE - Master bedroom, south elevation, gyp bd wall fully removed. Bathroom cabinet sits in Master bedroom.


Unit GE - 2nd bedroom, gyp bd ceiling is fully removed.


Unit GE - 2nd bedroom closet, bottom 4’-0” of gyp bd removed. Finished floor is still in place.


Unit GE - 2nd bedroom east wall, baseboards and ceiling trim removed. Finished floor is still in place.

Unit 3W-Bedroom closet, finished floor has been completely removed from bedroom. Sections of subfloor have been removed revealing mold on plank boards. In the foreground, some wet plank boards have been removed and there are signs of mold on bottom of floor joists.


Unit 3W-Master Bedroom and closet adjoining bathroom, finished floor has been completely removed from Master Bedroom. Sections of subfloor have been removed revealing mold on plank boards.


Unit 3W-Bedroom, kitchen wall cabinets are temporarily being stored in Bedroom.
