2010-08-04 - Electrical Concerns
ComEd electricity for Eastwood Commons comes from the alley through the master bedroom in unit GE. Eight conduits run to each of the eight condo units.
A heavy rain came through Wednesday morning and all eight conduits are soaked and dripping in water.
Water is dripping from conduits at or near couplings. Couplings do not appear to be water tight. JBD will investigate this situation with their electrician tomorrow, Thursday, August, 05, 2010.
Conduits shown branch west to west condo units and up to the east bank of condo units. They are all soaking wet.
