Mechanical Contractor has been busy installing intake and exhaust for individual unit furnaces. Sheet metal curbs to be finished with roofing material by roofer.

New plywood leans against demising wall in corridor for new plywood sub-floor.
New plywood sub-floor has been installed in 2nd Bedroom. Plumbing pipes and bath tub to 2nd Bathroom can be seen in background.
New plywood sub-floor installed over existing wood leveling boards or sleepers. Sleepers are anchored to concrete slab.
New head and jambs were installed for 2nd Bedroom closet today.
All drywall and finishes have been removed from Master Bath.
Steel column and steel beam can be seen here in Master Bath running from back of building, through Master Bathroom and all the way north to Living Room. This steel beam only occurs in basement units supporting first floor above.

All drywall has been removed from Master Bedroom.
All finishes have been removed from Master Bath. Whirlpool tub remains in tack.

Master Bedroom can be seen in background from 2nd Bedroom. Most of the drywall has been removed from the 2nd Bedroom.

Supports have been installed for existing failing beams between Living Room and Kitchen.
Furnace has been reinstalled. Master Bath can be seen in background. All drywall and marble has been removed.

Washer and dryer can be seen in background of corridor. All drywall has been removed from corridor. Existing plumbing waste pipe can be seen at the very edge of existing wood stud.
Drywall has been removed from all walls in Master bedroom and Master bath with the exception of drywall around closets.
